A Jersey girl by birth, Ingrid moved to New York at 17. On her first day, she knew the City was all she had ever dreamt it would be. She earned her BFA from the Fashion Institute of Technology with honors. She started out as a seamstress on photo shoots for Entertainment Weekly and Barney’s New York. After cutting her teeth, she sharpened them working for Cyndi Lauper and other luminaries. She dove right into styling and has loved every minute of it since.
